Commission, and the Maritime Law Section, Quebec division of the Canadian Bar. Recipient of the Governor General of Canada Gold medal. Appointed Judge of the Federal Court of Canada, Trial Division and ex officio member of the Federal Court of Appeal, December 11, 2002 and Judge of the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada, February 20, 2003.
